Because of the word "rape". Certain keywords auto-check the NSFW box, and even if you uncheck it when making the meme, some mods who approve the memes are prudish enough to re-check it before putting it through.
The hope is parents of boys don’t excuse behavior that is assholey or dickish as “boys will be boys.” Like somehow it’s ok to be awful because they are boys. We excuse some stupid shit under the guise of masculinity when really it’s just being a jerkoff.
