Actually land mines aren't covered in the geneva conventions, the convention banning antipersonnel landmines was signed in 1997(Called the treaty of Ottawa), and the US, China, and the Russian Federation are NOT signatories. Try again, please. We'll use landmines as we please.

Yeah, didn't know that seeing as I live in a place where that's highly illegal and I heard it was international. Didn't know America got an exception to that... but the political fallout from using LANDMINES against REFUGEES will make it basically impossible for you unless you want to officially burn all bridges with your Strategic and Economic allies.
