No they don't. Two out of three had a higher fail rate when put under an air burst test by consumer reports. I had to google that information after reading your post. It was tough to find. Condom manufacturers use a water pressure test. Unless you're farting out your p**is, you shouldn't have a problem. Obviously, an air burst test does not replicate real life conditions. I have no idea why consumer reports would use air instead of water. Also, doesn't account for slippage, friction, or any other real life condition.

Also, you do know that condoms are only 85% effective anyway, right? They are one of the lowest at preventing pregnancy. There are many other options available and many women use the pill.
