Agreed.
1. In the picture with Warren has a greenish or beige background, whole the close up of the figure has a lavender background. So even if it is the same knick knacks, it is not the same picture.
2. The body of close up figure is broken by the watermelon, which goes all the way across. The body on the figure in Warren's picture is unbroken. What would be assumed to be the corners of the watermelon are separated, dark spots.
3. The figure in Warren's picture has a distinct neck and a flattish head, while the close up figurine has no neck and a round head.
Conclusion:
To the figure I Warren's picture doesn't seem to represent a person at all. It appears to a a fancy bottle (like for perfume). Someone noticed to rough similarity in shape to a racist figurine they had seen (or had a picture of) and ran with it. Intentional misrepresentation.
