i just coughed and if feel's like i ripped a hole in my throat, i have one of the large wind pipes so it is pretty easy to sound like a dying horse when i have a little cough

I see that kind of thing all the time. More than the gym, I see women at the mall or Walmart circling all over, then putting on their walking shoes and walking in the mall walk..
