I can respect that one. Back when I was watching Little Women LA. Christie had a chance of having a baby with a defect that it would basically die a few minutes after it was born. I don't think that happened, but had it, there would be no sense in her going through that.

Nah, he means the ones who would be in opposition to the meme. He's trying to point out that no one was you going to argue against the fact that women shouldn't have to carry fetuses that are either already dead or will due within minutes of being born to term. I was kinda filled with righteous fury while making the meme, which is why it has that title. Sorry about that, I should have given it a different title.

Totally agree with this. So there is a happy medium between forcing a woman to do this and allowing people to use abortion as a form of birth control. The term "medically necessary" comes to mind.

That is my exact view on abortion.

A few years ago my friend's wife became pregnant. I guess it was around 20 weeks in the discovered that the fetus didn't have a backbone and just a tiny bit of brain for whatever reason. The baby would likely only live for a few minutes after birth. The second and third opinions confirmed this so they decided to terminate the pregnancy to protect the mother. This is medically necessary in my opinion. Having an abortion because you decide that you don't want a baby anymore is not medically necessary. There are thousands of people who would love the chance to adopt a child.

I think he meant liberals are much more likely to be triggered by this than conservatives are, since they don't think women should be forced to carry a baby to term for ANY reason, let alone when there are life-threatening defects present.

Abortion should be available to all women, but it should /not/ be used as nothing more than a late-stage contraceptive just because she doesn't like the feel of condoms, or wants to be able to still wear a bikini.
