Years ago I was passed by a beautiful blonde lady in a red convertible on I-40 with these exact plates, only AR, not Ontario. She was a little flirty. I started to respond, then saw those plates.. yikes, I might have worn out my brake pads slowing down to let her drive off into the distance..
