Secondly, anyone who says that the Russians had no effect on the 2016 elections, is lying. We will never know the effect the Russians had on one of the closest elections in American history. NEVER. To say either way definitively, is to lie. There can be no doubt, Trump has said the investigation into Russian meddling, the election he won, is a hoax and fake news.
