While I believe that eye witness accounts can be flawed or flat wrong, your link does not offer support of your claim that most black men convicted of rape are cases of mistaken identity. In fact the article only says that 350 convictions were overturned by DNA evidence. Conspicuously missing is how many DNA tests performed or how many convictions were supported. This refutes your claim.

Address your thinking or read more about the rate of improper convictions.
