Except that the "law" was unconstitutionally created by legislating from the bench by SCOTUS.

According to the constitution, laws can be created by an acting of congress, executive order, or case law originating from the federal judiciary. In my view people only use the term “legislating from the bench” when they don’t agree with the decision.

I’m not prolife because I think abortion is unconstitutional. In prolofe because I think killing a human, not in self defense, is morally wrong.

SCOTUS is only to apply what is WRITTEN IN the Constitution. Since there wasn't anything specified, they should have mandated Congress hold a Constitutional amendment session to clarify the issue, rather than just put forth their opinion.

There are some people that want to defund Planned Parenthood that provides birth control for the poor that don't want to bring another human into this world
