That's far from "exactly," and super hyperbolic. What specifically makes you think he hates the United States? While you may disagree with his policies and think they're harmful rather than helpful, that's not proof at all that he hates the US. Hundreds of millions of people support them. Do we hate the US too? If so, why do you think we haven't started a civil war? We've certainly got the numbers, and it wouldn't be hard to get the firepower.
Also, George Soros' funding doesn't come with a "must destroy America" clause in the contract. It sounds like you're blaming all your troubles on Democrats. Even if they've negatively affected your life (which is entirely possible), this vehement scapegoating is distracting you from actually fixing anything.
