It is just amazing how people criticize the system designed to protect all of us simply because they don't understand how it works. Indicative of serious flaws in our educational system. The health of impartial justice may vary, but it will surely die if we abandon the principles of the constitution and cease to practice due process. We should be far more concerned about how Judge K. agrees with defining a corporation as a person than allegations which clearly do not stand the test of the law. It is the test of the law, and not popular presumption that determines the legal course. And that is system is superior to mob rule. Period.
