If you ignore the part at the Death Star In episode 4 (where they intentionally missed) (google it) stormtroopers actually had a pretty good accuracy score

I love it how James Bond can just get fired at in the chest and he still keeps on walking, but he can just shoot a villain right in the leg and they’ll somehow die from loss of blood.

Apparently you haven't seen the movie "Heat."

If the villain is a big name actor, I guess that's right.
