You seem to have Justice Kavanaugh confused with the people who don't think "Innocent until proven guilty" is a constitutional value.

No. I am referring to his position on the 4th amendment, his part in passing the patriot act, and the like. People are so busy picking teams over the deliberate distraction of did he or didn't he do what at a party however many years ago that they are not even questioning his resume. This is a man who does not represent the people. He is a company man which is why Trump likes him.

Who didn't support the patriot act when it was presented? Remember 9/11?

Passed the House on October 24, 2001 (Yeas: 357; Nays: 66)

Passed the Senate on October 25, 2001 (Yeas: 98; Nays: 1)
