Guilty just because you are accussed

I can't even imagine how insulated you must be to think that every dissenting oppinion must be as Russian bot or troll.
The concern that we are losing the process of Justice and losing concepts like innocent until proven guilty are genuine concerns.
The idea that someone can accuse you of doing something 20 plus years ago, with no evidence and no witnesses and ruin your life is scary (and should be scary to everyone).
The comparison to witch trials is actually apt. No evidence or witnesses beyond the accuse were necessary and put the accused in to position of having to somehow prove they didn't, even though there was no actual evidence against them

My post wasn't necessarily even a response to the OP.. but As far as Kavanaugh.. it's a position for life and he is getting in there regardless. McConnell made that clear before the "investigation" even began.
"Innocent until proven guilty" died before this.. "Lock her up", right? Also as far as I know, Gitmo still exists. America's problems are bigger than a delay in Kavanaugh's confirmation.
