Not sure where you're going with that, but he's being nominated to a position that has nothing to do with high school and college antics, which are perfectly legal. The ice throwing is merely another allegation that is uncorroborated. Even the police report of that evening failed to substantiate the claim.
reply

Those were just presidents and YES I'm saying the most powerful position should be held by the best of us. That includes high school and college partying until you puke. Hate to tell you this but under age drinking has ALWAYS been illegal. 17 is under age. He lied under oath, lost his temper and cried like a whiny little boy in front of the world. That's who you want judging you? Yikes!
reply
2 ups, 1 reply
Whether he's guilty or not, his behavior in front of Congress was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. Where's the intelligence, the level-headedness, the honesty one would expect from someone about to be a judge in the highest court in our country?

All these Trumpers that come down on people for protesting and complaining, yet Kavanaugh cries like a baby on national television and they've got nothing to say. The man is a five year old. I can see why Trump likes him so much, though.

By the way ... Sexually assaulting women isn't just "antics" at any age! Quite frankly if you think it is then that's all I need to know about you.
reply
1 up, 1 reply
Nowhere...nowhere did I even mention sexual assault or even allude to it. I'm sticking to the context of this meme and my own statements, which are addressing high school and college antics. The "assault" you allude to happened in the summer of Kavanaugh's senior year--making him 18 and legal. He's said that he drank and drank a lot sometimes. So you're saying that alone is enough to exclude him from the SC? Wow. Also, the term "just presidents" is just ridiculous. You mean it's ok to be a drug addict and abuser of alcohol in your glory days, so long as you're just going to be the leader of the most powerful nation in the world. You're saying that's ok. Ok to elect someone like that and give them a nuclear button, but a SC justice who just resides over legal conflicts should be spotless from the moment their born. That's ridiculous. Just what is your cut-off date for disobedience, because we are all rebellious from the moment we're born? You're still in that mode where you are believing anything negative about the man even though nothing but his drinking has been substantiated. That speaks volumes about you as well.

As far as who I want judging me. I want someone with a history of judgments that are bound to an objective set of standards, not someone who ignores their mandate to interpret the constitution in lieu of what they think "ought" to be right. I want a law interpreter, not a law maker on our courts, which is what this man has a proven history of doing. His demeanor in the position won't be affected by his High School "antics" but by his history while on the bench and working for public entities, something no one seems to care about...on your side of the issue.
reply
2 ups, 1 reply
Getting drunk and attempting to r*pe someone while drunk are two different things. Ford didn't accuse him of just being drunk. If that's all there was to the allegations no one would care. But one leading to the other, that's where being a blackout drunk becomes an issue... and you know this.
reply
1 up, 1 reply
My comment concerned their partying lifestyle. I never mentioned **pe or assault.
So far there is nothing but her testimony that says anything about **pe. On the other hand, all the other witnesses, even her own, tend to work against her. I won't accept her testimony by itself, and I don't want to live in a country that would. Her ex-boyfriends letter has now been released which claims she lied about the lie detector test she took, and that speaks volumes. Should I just not believe his testimony because she's a woman, or should I add him to the growing list of people that are corroborating Kavanaugh's story? If there is no evidence, then I don't think it's fair to even bring up the assault (she never said she was **ped), which is why everyone is now deflecting to his drinking habits (the subject of my meme). I was merely making the point that one's partying while a teen doesn't seem to bother anyone unless they can't make a **pe charge stick.
reply

There are also people who are saying he was a heavy drinker which, if true, means he lied to Congress. So there's that. Whether you believe her or not, he's still unfit. He's shown that.
reply
0 ups
That would be a point of disagreement I could live with. Although, I believe his downplayed his drinking (lied) to avoid the implication of assault, since they were trying to tie the two together. To admit to the charge of excessive drinking would have given Ford's, to debunked, testimony more weight. He drank a lot. He even stated as much. He just didn't admit to blacking out. Most people don't black out when they drink heavy anyway. Pass out...yeah, but blacking out is a different thing all together. And that's what they were trying to get him to admit to, because it opened the door for his actions being done without remembering them. There's no way I would admit to that if I knew they were going to use it against me to prove or suggest assault. That's just how I look at the whole "drinking" issue. I'll readily admit that this is also just speculation, but I watched the whole hearing and that was my impression of it.

reply
3 ups, 3 replies
Infuriated and tearful are emotions I would expect from any human going through a trial like this. Had he sat there stoically and emotionless, he'd be labeled a pathological rapist/liar/ etc...It didn't matter how he handled the hearing, both sides were going to play to it and spin it. Whether he lied or not, the message to those leaning towards believing his testimony against the assault allegations was simple; he's human like us, and therefore worth listening to. On the other side, sat a thoroughly trained psychologist projecting innocence and fear, not really what I would expect from someone who is supposed to guide people through trauma, but I can't judge that. All I know is that her story is falling apart and the news landscape is already beginning to move on.
reply
5 ups, 1 reply
And I saw the exact same thing with Dr. Ford. Some conservatives said she seemed happy and was smiling, which made her come across as fake and lose credibility. Others said getting choked up and tearful made her come across as fake and lose credibility. So no matter what she did or how she reacted, they would find some way to criticize her.
reply
2 ups, 1 reply
No one can "act" appropriately enough to make a suitable amount of people happy with it, which is why the evidence is all the more important. This whole debacle is being tried in the public arena...the last place anyone would want to face an accuser..or launch an accusation. This could've been handled privately, and perhaps more objectively if not for the politics.

Having a good reason for being angry is one thing; acting like a whiny little b**ch and a spoiled, entitled shit is something else entirely. Kavanaugh proved he has no respect for the very process he's spent the last 30 years presiding over. God forbid the judge has to ever stand trial for something?

How many people stood before him over false allegations? He should know more than anyone that it happens. But what would he do if a defendant smirked and said something like: "I don't know judge, have *you* ever killed anyone?" He has shown his true colors; if nothing else, at least we know now that he doesn't have what it takes to be SCOTUS.

Q's first post was literally a failed prediction about Hillary being arrested.
0 ups
Is that what that was? ;)

Mid October 2017, Q announced again Hillary would be arrested, this time on October 30th.

Shortly after the announcement antifa just happened to announce that it would be holding protests all across the country on November 4th.

October 30th, no arrest.

November 4th, USA, antifa rallies much smaller than anticipated.

November 4th, Saudi Arabia:
11 royal family members arrested for corruption including one of the wealthiest men in the world.

The Saudi Royal Family is one of the 4 families that control the world. They own the oil, they validate US currency by requiring anyone who buys their oil to use US dollars to do so. This was a massive victory against the globalist crime syndicate.

As Q says, "Disinformation is real."

The bad guys are watching the boards too. He can't always tell the truth. Information is a weapon.

If you're afraid of rich people running everything, you might want to look into socialism and/or communism. You got so close with the class consciousness, but your solution is to arrest the people who want to crack down on white-collar crime for some reason.
0 ups
There's a difference between the 1% and the .000001%.

I don't have a problem with millions of wealthy people. I have a problem with people that make money selling out their own country. I have a problem with people that want to be treated like gods. I have a problem with people that profit from the raping of innocent children by setting them up with politicians and video taping them so they can blackmail the politicians into voting how they want.

The Clintons, Bush's, Obama, FBI, CIA, DNC, and GOP don't want to crack down on white collar crime. They are the white collar crime.

Trump is the face of a military intelligence operation to purge our government of corruption. The Republicans got lucky that Trump couldn't run as a Democrat. The GOP has been cutting deals for cooperation like mad. Tell me, is this list normal?

Yeah, but how does "Hillary will be arrested on October 30" mean "rich people control the world"?
0 ups
Well, that's not how the connection is made. I assumed you already knew about the rich people; I forgot it's not common knowledge.

The point I made about the 'oct 30 arrest' was that Q uses disinformation to trick the bad guys into dropping their guards or acting rashly.

Recently Q has been saying things like "so'n'so has just cut a deal". True or false it makes the bad guys sweat and take action.

If you're really interested in learning about the deep state stuff I can link you something to get started. It takes up a lot of time even if you use shortcuts. Say bye bye to your Netflix time.
reply
0 ups, 1 reply
So "Hillary will be arrested on October 30th" = "Saudis control the world"?
0 ups
Oh, I see that you're missing some pretty large pieces to the puzzle.

Rothschilds
Soros
Saudi Royals
Some French family in the US.

Those are the four families that control the world.

You've got some serious research to do if you want to know what's happening in the world.

Right now there's a secret war going on to eliminate the government puppets across the globe that are employed by those 4 families. When you hear "They, them, deep state, illuminati, globalists, new world order" it's a reference to either the 4 families or their puppets.

Saudi Arabia was the first cleansing because they have a major influence on the US's current policy.

The US cleansing is happening right now. Kavanaugh is one of the last dominoes being set up before they all come crashing down. The midterms are the final domino. After that, you'll get to see Obama getting grilled by the senate and hopefully sent to the Supreme Court where he's going to get sent to GITMO for treason. A lot of other globalist puppets too.

There's way to much information for me to give you. If you're interested I suggest you start reading some crazy conspiracy theories so you can at least have an idea of what people are talking about when you get to the more credible research.

Spoiler: even some of the more ludicrous stuff is true.

The National Council of Churches is a political organization. Churches had been urged to join the NCC in order to retain tax exemption. In 2007, the NCC updated its social creed to reflect a new era of globalization.
The NCC has long been identified with controversy, to the point that dissident members last year called for the group to disband itself due to its 'extremely liberal theological and political views'.

But honestly, even if it was a long time ago, shouldn't go unpunished.
Sure, it was years ago, but the fact that the person has gotten away for years with it is just as disgusting.
If Brett Kavanaugh didn't do it, he should go free, if he did do it, he should face retribution.

Because now he wants to be in a position to affect everybody's lives. He didn't have that power before.

Rules and regulations apply to the treatment of 'ice-holes', too. But, after watching Kavanaugh's hearing one more time, the question seems unresolved: is he fit to be made Justice? A vote has been scheduled for this week.

New York Times seems to be associating President Trump with the term 'bully pulpit', used by former President Theodore 'Teddy' Roosevelt.
