I think this one should feature. Sometimes there is a loong delay though. Existing templates get a programmatic check for text (NSFW, etc.) but go through automatically. When you submit your own template, a mod has to make the decision.

Try the same text on an imgflip template and see what happens...

You can write to them, but they don't usually respond.
