I'm good except for having a bad headache today. Was supposed to go to the 89th birthday party for a good friend of the family but didn't feel like it. Hope you are well :-)

I'll be ok. Had a lunch date with wifey today, then both got hour long massages from our therapist, so the headache got worse as a healing reaction. We've both been crashed all evening and afternoon lol. But it really helps in the long run.

I lost my last grandparent, dad's dad about 11 years ago. Dang it's been a long time. He was 95. His sister died at 100 a year or so ago. We lost our last great uncle in the last year, so all the generation of our family has gone. :(

My dad is 77 and we're doing a party for mom's 75th next month. Time goes by so fast!!

Wow, my dad just said the friend that's 89 had five generations there... So I guess he has great great grandkids. Crazy. Yes still very spry for his age and active
