I don't think so. The National Socialists are a political party that runs their own candidates in every election. Why would they vote for another party? Especially since they support socialism and not capitalism.
As far a Charlottesville, there were multiple groups there, including Antifa, so yes, I am sure some people in Charlottesville voted for Trump.
