If you don’t have Imgflip Pro, how many submissions do you get per day with all those points?

I still have to follow the same rules as everyone else...I get 3 submissions a day, 2 a day if I go a few days without submitting anything but it goes right back up to 3 if I make at least 2 submissions. For some reason, and no one knows why, if you have 3 submissions and you only post 1 that day, the next day you will only have two submissions for the day...Having Imgflip Pro doesn't change any of that...I still only have 3 a day.
