You seem to have great support! And by the way - moving around helps not only to reduce fat cells, but also inhibits death of one's brain cells (recipe no, 1 against dementia, no. 2 is nicotine - this is a politically not desired, but nevertheless true research result).

I won't be good for you...but it won't kill you...unless you're diabetic or something, that could be fatal but as long as you have water, you can go a week without food...of course, that depends on a lot of variables, like physical activity, your health, etc.

I know a 75 year old overweight ex coal miner who smokes a pack a day and drinks a fifth of Beam for lunch. Also knew a heathy swim coach who passed away at 51. It's a crapshoot. Eat whatcha like have Lotta sex!
