A lack of mental ability is different from defiant arrogance. MLK said that "Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity". If you're talking about dianetics, that's fantasy. If you're talking about natural selection breeding out stupidity, humanity is proof that doesn't work. If you're talking about killing stupid people, that indicates a psychological disorder, thus making you inferior to people who try to work with everyone to maintain a functioning society. Or if this is an attempt at a reference to evolution, then you need to realize that a single random mutation is the same as having only one of an endangered species left. Ongoing research is trying to find how a recessive gene could be triggered in a large enough population to create a sustainable population of a new species, which has no obvious answer. Or this could be some random comment on a picture made in an attempt to get upvotes.
