As far as I'm concerned, Zuckerberg and his *cartel* have NO LEGAL RIGHT to your government ID, and the government is supposed to be enforcing that law. So both the Canadian and American lawmakers are really asleep at the wheel with this issue.

Zuckerberg can kiss my ass. I got locked out of my account last year, and as far as I'm concerned, I have, and will continue, to do just fine without FacePlant. There are other means of communication, including this very site. Who needs Facebook, anyway, right?

It is illegal for them to ask for a photo of a military ID (specifically a CAC). Possession of such an image even temporarily is a federal felony. This could be fun.

Damn, if Imgflip required ID verification to set up an account, half the users here would be gone because most 12 year olds don't have a government ID.
