Hey this reminds me of an old Twilight Zone episode where the aliens had a book called "To Serve Humans".

The humans thought it was about aliens being servile, but in the end it turned out to be a cookbook.

lol It's Dianna, the sexy alien commander from the 1980s series "V". They came to earth posing as humanoids wanting to help advance earth with their advanced technology, so the leaders of earth allowed them to take over. But they turned out to be totalitarian reptilians, therefore the eating if rodents. This was the science when we first learned their secret. And the special effects are laughable, but when I was a kid it was really scary lol
