Well, his name is Bill Anders, and I first met his wife when she was going down to her cousin's funeral in San Deigo , We sat next to eachother in first class, he wasn't there. I started talking to her and expressed my interest in WWII, which I have been obsesed with for years. And she started to tell me about her husband's vintage airplane collection and the museum he has for them (at this point I didn't know who she was) At the end of the flight she gave me her card and the info for the museum. I ended up googling the name and found out who she was! I then went to the museum, which is about 2 hours drive from my home in Northern Washington. I went there, met him, saw his space memorabilia (He has chocalate milkshakes the they took with them into space) and saw his airplane collection, which spans from WWII to the Vietnam war.
