If it were original content by you (4 weeks ago), i would feel bad. But since I can find this joke on Reddit (6 months ago) and "short-funny.com"... [I googled "son, your adopted" and wham it is everywhere.] and one can infer from the title I gave this version, I don't claim any originality. Sometimes you just want to post that third meme; sometimes an old joke on a template is all we got. Don't get mad and don't feel bad; it has happened to me a few times as well. That is why I try to come up with more original stuff, but some days it is difficult. But the good news is ...OUR SENSE OF HUMOR HAS STUFF IN COMMON... I viewed your memes keep up the great work.

Unwinding bad kids to donate their body parts will be the closest substitute for that. I guesstimate it will happen in the 22nd century... I could be wrong. Who sees an Unwind/Star Trek:Enterprise crossover? I remember a part where Captain Archer was talking to an admiral whose kid was chopped apart and gone, but not dead...

Unfortunately I'm only familiar with Star Trek:Enterprise. I only saw it the first run, so I don't remember that with Captain Archer. I always thought that show was way underrated and cut too short.
Anyways, between my dismal memory and lack of knowledge of Unwind, the reference is lost on me. But it sounds cool.

Admiral Maxwell's child was unwound illegally, in the streets. They talk over the screen and then Archer and his crew beam down to investigate a murder. Dr. Phlox was kidnapped, but not yet harmed because he had to work for augments.

If I were to make the end scene for Unwind, I would make it go up to the NX-01 and have its theme song played.

More like retro-active abortion. When you tear a kid away from their original parents, pieces are taken but sometimes those pieces need to be taken for the greater good.

When I posted that specific comment, I meant hypothetical pieces.
