I am new; started in early Feb.

Still trying to figure out the rules. There are many different posts on this topic.

While I don't condone theft, I'm still not sure about a person reposting their own material.

What do you think of this scenario?

Reposting their OWN material? If you made a meme and repost it at a later time, you're stealing from yourself which is technically impossible.
BTW, early Feb? When I first joined, I didn't even know how to submit a meme! Progress was slow.
