Believe me, it's all about timing and popularity. I've had about 20 memes on the front page, but most of my memes don't even garner 10 upvotes! That's because of timing. If they are featured at a time when people aren't scrolling, then my memes won't be seen. That's it! But there are some in here who are so popular, people just naturally go looking for their memes
