Consistency is stupid, it is not indicative of the human life so why should we value it in examination? Morality does not exist, only subjective views of ethical frameworks.

Pretty sure killing toddlers is universally considered immoral.

Is that why toddler killers exist? If something was objectively wrong, it could be tested and confirmed, toddler killing is not okay for you and me, but other people think it otherwise. Objectivity is 2+2 = 4 even a nutjob could tell you that. There are no true moral formulas that apply to everyone.
