Ok then, LET ME DO SOME RESEARCH:
The only places that have a reason for being nuked is if:
1. If it's VERY important (eg. White House)
2. If it's essential for America to function (eg. Airport, mass farming)
3. If it has a high population (eg. New York, Chicago)
Indiana is NOT ANY OF THESE THINGS, THEREFORE, THESE IS NO MOTIVE FOR SOMEONE TO NUKE INDIANA.
HOWEVER,
Chicago is very close to Indiana.
Chicago has a high population.
Somebody may want to nuke Chicago.
According to Nukemap, if I nuke Chicago with Tsar Bomba (the largest designed atomic bomb), then a little less than 1/4 of Indiana will be nuked with it. Let me make it a bit simpler for you: Picture Indiana. Split it into quarters. The North-West quarter will be the one getting nuked.
But you can't forget the radiation. If you're so unlucky that the wind in Chicago happened to blow at around 135° clockwise, then put on that gas mask.
Also, remember, I said if Chicago got nuked by TSAR BOMBA. Tsar Bomba, (the 100 mega ton one) has not actually been tested, therefore I doubt it actually exists.
IN CONCLUSION:
If you live in the North-West part of Indiana,
You might get nuked.
