We actually have bigger problems than rifles

Do you even know what AR stands for? What’s the difference in ARs and other rifles?
Do you even know what kind of round goes through an AR?

You don’t understand guns so therefore you cannot make an argument against them. Why don’t you try and understand what they are instead of feeding only what certain media outlets want you to know.

AR doesn’t stand for assault rifle. It stands for armalite rifle. It’s the two letters for the company that made them. It shoots a 5.56/.223

The .223 is one of the most widely shot rounds. It’s no different than a mini 14 rifle. It’s also similar to many other rounds. It’s not very powerful but inexpensive and that’s why people like to shoot them. It’s not a hunting round. The AR is no different than any other rifle other than it looks different. Its “military style” but I cringe at that because all guns at some point were “military style.” It’s versatile and has many add ons for hobby shooters. It’s light weight and great to take out for protection against wild animals because it holds enough rounds and can kill hogs and coyotes that can become startled and attack farmers and hunters.
