I’d like to think that whoever made that sign didn’t understand how expanding brain memes are supposed to work.

I originally post the image with the caption "The Left can't meme."
So they downvoted it to submitted status if it ever got featured in the first place.

That’s no good that is was stuck in submitted. Like the meme. I have had one meme not feature and I couldn’t figure it out because it wasn’t offense and I’ve made plenty of less funny memes that did feature.

Yeah, if a meme gets enough downvotes it will go from featured to submitted. The only way to get it featured again is to re-submit it.
I have had featured memes that got over 1,000 views and a lot of upvotes get downvoted back to submitted status. Some people downvote because they don't like the meme, others do it just to troll.

Give her a proper education about memes

Stupid. By law you are only entitled to begin your wages at the same rate as a man. Thrrefore there is no wage gap. After that its all on the individuals time and effort that makes one deserving of what follows during your career.

Well, remember the French revolution. "Liberté, égalité, fraternité" was only for men. A woman, who requested the same for women (Olympe de Gouges), landed under the guillotine.
