I live in Southern California, and with the amount of diversity and traffic here, it feels more like an international country than part of the United States.

You know the saying if something starts in California the nation follows? That's what it's like. Other than New York City, there is nowhere else with as stark income inequality, cost of living, and narcissism. Not that I hate it, but you'd better compare it to Mexico City than another city like Pittsburgh or Atlanta
