Well knowing California I have very little doubt in my mind that they do allow illegal aliens to vote out there. You may think the Democrats don’t need the votes out there, but it actually wasn’t until the 1990s that the state started trending deep blue and it actually wasn’t until in the last decade that it has gone deep blue in every aspect of state life, especially in the increasingly large sanctuary cities out there. Much of the rest of the state is fairly conservative. So much so that there is now a movement to make the remainder of the state outside the large coastal cities a whole other state. Which is why I am sure Jerry Brown recently made the entire state a sanctuary state. He wants to flood the whole state with more illegals to prevent that.
