Steve Harvey Meme | IF A BUSINESS DOESN'T WANT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH GOODS OR SERVICES GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE | image tagged in memes, steve harvey | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
That's what I have done, do, and will continue to do.

I’ll make sure that I use that argument when I try to join a ‘Curves for Women’ club.

Evil Toddler Meme | MEMBERS ONLY | image tagged in memes, evil toddler | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
That’s a good point and one that varies by state. Some fitness clubs can cater to only men or women, but the work around goes by membership – essentially making it ‘private’ or ‘members only’. The same applies to "men only" golf clubs. I assume the keywords are “club” or “members”, and then you can pick and choose clientele. Certainly not a lawyer, but I also think businesses that only cater to a certain market and disallow others, aren’t given the same tax exemptions that are given to ‘open to the public’ businesses.

PUBLIC business? DO you even know what you're talking about?

Businesses are typically allowed to refuse services to anyone they so choose, unless the law says otherwise.

Even publicly traded corporatons can refuse business from clientele they deem unsavory (usually in keeping with current political climes). That's why you don't see neo nazi ads around or those sponsoring trips to hunt big game, etc.

CLEAR SIGN: I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER VALUE YOUR OPINION | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
Memers are typically allowed to refuse services to anyone they so choose, unless the law says otherwise. "Typically, refuse, law"

-- Your argument makes no sense. Head up the street a few blocks, take a hard left and get off my page with your BS.

While I would prefer my troll to be banned, my meme was about treating people equally. So your sign has nothing to do with me, nor do I agree with it. I am glad you found a stranger to displace some of your aggression. Get well soon!

Memers are wha?

Your argument is not one.
Tho once again, your hypocrisy flames in butthurt.

Meme threads are a function of an open forum for members here, so welcome to your own point.

Don't know what sort of schools, parks, or dining establishments you got in la la land there, but they all have certain codes of conduct and dress requirements, etc.

You can walk off a beach in your bathing suit to a restaurant up a ways, but if they have a sign stating proper shirt and long pants, they can and will refuse seating you, LEGALLY. Heck, some even require a proper suit n tie.

So your point is invalid.

The whole point of my meme went over your head, my troll. Yes, businesses have regulations and rules. However, they must be imposed equally. You can't let one person in without a "proper shirt and long pants" and not the rest. If you want a 'normal' response from me, don't be follow me around and leave a**hole comments.

Read a book, and define "public business," ya ignorant crybaby.

Whatever happened to the concept of sacrificing for one's religion? If you start a business you abide by the laws regarding it, regardless of your own values. :P

How can you define me? I define me. Why would I not support those who protect and serve? Those in my family? Your aim is very off. Take care... Bye, bye now.

Your suggestion is too simple, Ken. Have to take it to the supreme court now. ;)

Yeah, if these businesses didn't sell to African-Americans because they didn't like them even conservative-leaning courts would put the kibosh on that quick. But because some people are perceived as different by 'choice' then those who misinterpret the teachings of Jesus can suddenly have an out? Let's just hope the Democrats take back Congress before a liberal-leaning justice dies. :P
