lol it was so good. Only thing I'd change next time will be cooking lower and slower. We got rushed so I couldn't this time. I love duck but have always considered it too costly to eat often, but I got it for $2.49lb which is cheaper than ground beef. Not bad at all. I think Imma start making it more often. Despite having been a Chef for a decade I don't think I'd ever cooked one before
