Well, time to start supporting our farmers so that we do not depend on those from other countries. Problem solved. The problem is not that Mexico buys our goods. The problem is that our farmers do not have the needed support and have to compete against illegal immigrants who will take lower wages. Also since when did we cared about our farmers? I personally think "the wall" is a bad idea. It would be too expensive to build the whole thing and it wouldn't be particularly effective, but if Mexico cares enough to "retaliate", maybe it's not such a bad idea after all.
