You do realize that most of the time, parents try to force their kids to pretend like they're cis, right? Vegan cats are not comparable to trans kids. And if a child knows that their gender isn't the one they were born as at that age and their parents allow them to express how they want, then it's the child expressing themself. Parents don't typically force children to express certain ways. Whoever made this meme is an idiot.

What proof is there that children are being forced by parents to be transgender? I could easily say the same if you were barred from a school that didn't allowed Christians, and your parents got frustrated.

No one is claiming that they are forcing anyone to live a certain way. Christians don't "force" their children to be Christian. They raise them with certain values, beliefs and social interactions. It either sticks or their children choose not to follow that anymore later in life when they can make their own life choices. Children live by the life choices that their parents make for them.

I hope public schools paid for by everyone's tax dollars do "force" biological boys and girls to use the proper restroom.
I'm sure that elementary school children "choosing" to be trans or whatever has nothing to do with the lifestyle choices and/or political leanings of the responsible adults in their lives. Just like kindergartners and first graders come to church every week because they choose to. Maybe they would even call an Uber to take them to church if the parents decided not to come?

Being transgender is far different from going to church. I know someone whom had gender discomfort in their 3rd-4th grade years when I was in her year.
