They started putting blue bars on long memes, of course popular now due to you-know-who, saying 'see more' or something like that, when the memes appear on the hot pages, so that the whole page isn't taken up with someone's lame attempt at another Pete & Repeat. So...yeah, I guess there's a TammyFaye rule. :D
