I can only spot two (unless you count whoever took this picture), although it could be the angling of this shot. The fourth car in the top row that's parked on top of a line, taking up two parking spots, and the twelfth car in the second middle row that has the front of their car parked on top of the line going across, taking up part of the space in front.
