My son works for Homeland Security. Look up USCERTS. Anyway there's a way to find a physical address along with an ip address. Amongst him and his coworkers the concensus is, if they were to abuse their power, to go a trolls physical address, and steal their computer. Because if going to do some f@cked up sh@t with it, they don't deserve to have one.
