The female body's natural rejection of an egg cell is hardly the same thing as the deliberate killing of a growing embryo.

God has His reasons for letting some people live and some people die. But He's never authorized us to make that call. The existence of miscarriages does not justify abortion anymore than the existence of car accidents justifies vehicular homicide.

Yet he doesn't let anyone know why a miscarriage happened.

If you want God to publish a detailed book on all the reasons He does every little thing, the planet itself wouldn't be able to hold such a book. A crucial part of faith is TRUSTING that God knows what He's doing. Every person is different--thought and acted differently in the pre-earth life, thinks and acts differently here on Earth, and thinks and acts differently in the afterlife. So our grand school of experience is tailored to each of us. That's why some people are born in luxury and some are born in poverty. Some people are born with healthy bodies, while others are born with disorders. And God allows miscarriages because, for whatever reason, He determines that those children don't need a mortal life on earth. As Gandalf said, "So do all who live to see such times, but that is NOT for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."

If I were omniscient like He, knowing the end from beginning, and knew the reasons that a miscarriage would be best for the baby and parents, then yes, I would.

Same end result? A person dying in a car accident, and a person dying in vehicular homicide may be the same result for the victim. But it makes an eternity of difference to the person who committed the killing.

God specifically told us, through scriptures and modern prophets, NOT to murder innocent children in the womb. Just as He commanded us not to murder people with knives, poison, or guns. However, He'll never take away our free will. He allows us to make our choices, good or bad, and suffer the consequences. Often He lets people's evil choices afflict His innocent children, so that His judgment upon those sinners at the last day will be just. That's why He didn't stop the German people from giving Hitler power. But He aided the Allies when they made the good choice of toppling Hitler.

Look, a big part of faith in God is your attitude. If you really don't want to believe in God, then a debate will go on forever, and no explanation I give will be satisfactory.
