In SoCal TimeWarner Cable had an ad/PSA where a young African-American representative goes around handing out fliers for missing kids - and talking to parents and children - in a way that is both reassuring AND terrorizing, simultaneously, it would seem - since the Voice Over carries the montage with non-diagedic sound -, the announcer telling you that time Warner Cares about the youth. The Rep then gers back in his windowless white astrovan.
I always thought that SNL should do a parody...but it seems to have escaped all notice.
To me the commercial ends with him looking through a small, closeable opening, from the front to the back of the van, something like..."you see....no one suspects a thing. ... Most folks didn't even Know that you were missing."- To the chained up victims.
