Obamacare inflates healthcare costs for the working class and middle class so now their insurance is prohibitory financially. Meanwhile the bill guaranteed minimal profit levels to insurance companies in the pools. The ACA is also veiled corporate welfare. Three cheers for liberal policies that hurt working people and give money to businesses. lol

Also, the ACA is designed to support the working class. Yes, it has flaws, but have you seen the other guys? Their plan will bring ruin to the economy. WOW!!!! The Kool-Aid is knee deep! Stats I just heard today on the news reported that roughly 40% of the policyholders are paying for the other 60% premium reductions. Obamacare was never designed for the working class. Median US income is currently about 52K. That's about 4.3K a month before taxes. Under Obamacare, premiums are well over $1,000 a month and the deductibles are through the roof. Obamacare was all about getting money into the hands of insurance companies and the medical industry. They forced young healthy people to buy insurance under the treat of a tax penalty. And the insurance they were forced to choose from covered almost nothing they needed. Tax the young, tax the working class, tax the middle class, and make sure insurance companies make money. Great plan....

Yes, ignore that Obamacare has driven up the costs of health care. Ignore that liberals claim that more people are covered and forget that huge chunks of those people cannot afford to use the coverage due to the deductible. Making medical care less affordable is not something to cheer about. I wish I could ignore people like you. You can ignore me, because I will not affect your life. Yes, tax money is to "promote the general welfare," not to make direct payments to individuals nor, even worse, any silly corporate welfare. And yes, I've never seen a conservative become homeless from taxes, BUT I have seen limousine liberals call for higher taxes and then fight for every loophole to avoid paying. I've seen liberals call for higher taxes that don't effect them. All I've seen from conservatives and libertarians is to call for lower taxes. People are allowed to pay for more taxes than required if they want to -- check the tax forms. I never heard liberals to put their money where their mouth is. I never heard liberals call for voluntarily paying extra taxes. Hypocrisy thy name is liberal.

Higher Taxes = More safety from terrorists, Less preventable diseases, and finally, more public works. (I.e. Sewers, Parks, Schools..) If Trump is offering lower taxes, it's for the rich.

Now you are learning a little.... Safety from terrorist IS promoting the GENERAL WELFARE. Having sewers, parks, and schools ARE promoting the GENERAL WELFARE. But transfer payments are simply a moving of money with the middle man (i.e., the government) taking its cut along the way. There is NO general welfare in that process, just individual interests.
Liberals love to hide behind the actual general benefits the government does provide but ignores the monster share of the budget -- entitlement payments. That's like people who buy a car because they like the paint job and great stereo radio and forget everything else. Higher Taxes = less money in the hands of the working and middle class.
