Actually a teacher may legally have sex with a student depending on region and student's age... though the teacher may be fired afterwards.

I always thought the age of consent was 18 in all states, but I asked a State Trooper friend of mine, and the state I live in; it's 16. And in most states it's actually 16, or 17. But the law is different for school teachers.

Yeah, there are laws which increase the responsibility for the person in power, and I'm sure that it is 18 (age of majority) in many jurisdictions... like England and Canada.

So what you're saying is that, as long is it is an adult woman molesting a teenage boy, it is ok? How about an adult male [say 45] molesting, raping a female [say 16] what do you say then? Perfectly ok?

I'm not talking about rape or molestation at all. But I do think that men are frankly more sexually powerful from a biological standpoint. A women is physically incapable of raping a man, (depending on how we define rape).
