Depends actually, because blacks commit 52% of all crime whereas they are 13% of the US population, which even MLK admitted was wrong with the black community when he fought for civil rights. Whites make up a larger amount of the US population so it makes sense they are over 50% of all inmates. Blacks get disproportionately arrested, and not because of racial bias. It's because in "black culture" fathers, and sometimes mothers leave their kids to grow up improperly. They are then never taught how to be a decent human or grow up in poor areas and usually commit robbery to sustain their life.
