Anyhow, I'm always going to side with the officer until all of the evidence is presented and/or when the trial is over.

Officers have less than a second to decide. That decision will determine if the officer will be going home that night.

These situations don't arise out of thin air. The citizen usually has antagonized or failed to comply repeatedly during an incident up to the point that they get shot. If the officer tells them to drop whatever they're holding and they extend their arm forward, well, even if they're only holding a cell phone then the perpetrator is going down.

Yes, but it becomes a bit overwhelming when you see citizen-shot footage of cops staging murders to look like accidents or suicides, or story upon story of cops murdering people and the town not getting word of it until six months later. Then, every single time, the cop who murder the victim gets a paid vacation (i.e. suspension with pay) and the police launch an "internal investigation" with no re-release. Yes, there are situations where lethal force is justified...but, this is very slight, and the amount of people dying at the hands of "the law" are much too wide to fit this schematic. If you did some research and saw a variety of actual footage, you might change your mind: I have seen cops kill for no reason hundreds of times on video, and have actually seen it first hand myself--so, please: do yourself a favor and look into this, if you would not like to remain in the dark.

Therefore, let me fill YOU in so that YOU won't be in the dark. I was military police while in the U. S. Marine Corps for 22 years. Since then, I have worked with law enforcement twice a month for my civilian career. I've done my research and lived it, not in the dark at all, the only good criminal is a dead criminal. Shut your mouth and do what you're told when you deal with law enforcement and you'll be fine.

That pretty much sums up the intent of law enforcement right there. There is no ambiguity in your mind, and your automatic preference of assumption is appalling. The fact that you feel that I need to "shut up and do what I'm told" when I deal with law enforcement without any background of scenario or reference is really unfortunate. The saddest part about this fact is that there are no check and balances in this country anymore. Your branch sucks the dick of the legislative branch, and the legislative branch is a bitch to the executive branch. You don't function as three separate entities, but are one, grandiose, illegally formed, inept, scumbag, immoral pile of shit. I know all about the military, so don't lecture me either: I have two grandfathers who actually did GOOD in WWII and Korean, and have a cousin who was a naval gunner for ten years--so, don't try to act high-and-mighty with your justice hard-on. Actually, the New Hampshire state school system is fifth in the country in terms of test scoring and graduation rates. When I called you a villain, that was the truth: someone who sells a lie as the truth and is still adamant about it, with a straight face, is villainous or vile. They are also, by definition, a liar of course. So, there's no falsity there--if you can't handle the truth, that's cool.

I'm not anti-law enforcement; I'm anti-US-law-enforcement. There is a big difference...But, I can understand why you would have difficulty perceiving two different ideologies at once in a comparative scenario. When did I say that someone who disagrees with me solely should be locked up? I said that you should be--not because you disagree with me, but because you are insane. You justify your intent regarding reality with non-realistic means, and false properties.

I can tell by your assessments of fascism and government monopoly that you have trouble correlating two different ideologies or principles, whether directly or indirectly. You keep drawing conclusions which I have not inferred or implied at all, and also keep putting words in my mouth--there's a word for someone like you: ineffectual.
