Anyone else noticing a big increase in the amount of unfeatured submissions?

Best thing I can tell you is to send a feedback form to the mods to see if there's a glitch. A week or so of this should get there attention. If it continues or, after you send feedback, the memes in question don't feature that means that there's a problem with something in the meme content. The space one, for example, may not have featured because it had no text. Quick remedy: add image, select user templates, select to place it under the original image, type in black 100, select the template that you're offered. Comment on the wonder of the universe.

Thanks Swiggy, so far so good this week. I did get a different meme (another one after the batch listed here) with no text to feature. How did you know there was an upgrade? I have noticed the new popups when generating memes, are there any other features you have noticed?

The day I was ready to hit 500,000, they did it. A Saturday, no less, and a lot of memes didn't feature. I noticed that the uploading a template had changed drastically. Posts that were submitted in the early hours of the day, Midnight to six (PST), didn't feature. I was hoping the two I submitted would, but by 9PM Saturday night, they hadn't featured. Still needed points, so I submitted my last meme for the day (Not the "Thanks for 1/2 million points" I'd planned to use) and then commented like hell. Made it, but only because I mentioned I needed a couple hundred points.

Still seems to take a while to post, but now quite as bad.

Maybe it's the lack of (or short) image description. The image description is from the text you put on the meme, so you should type something descriptive and make the size zero. That might not be the reason, but just an observation.

And yet, there's been a huge increase in featured memes that are not English or memes that are blatantly advertisements.

I've been flagging them all. I wish that I got points for that, LOL! I don't know if it does any good, but it makes me feel good!
