I think it's just while I'm working on it, I see it so much that it loses any surprise element for me lol.

same here, when i do some of my gifs they can take hours, by the time you're halfway through making them the joke feels so old! :p

That's what I want to really dive into is custom gifs. Those things blow me away! I look at those you've made and I'm just in awe. Seems like a lot of work though! Don't know how y'all crank em out so fast.

practise!! the animation part it's a very simple principle and once you've done one, you've done them all really. biggest pain for me is the software i use for making the images, makes them really big files, so i have to spend even more time using online image optimizer programs to crunch the file size down. Imgflip only allows up to 4mb file sizes for gifs (unless you buy the pro package)
