Oh United is the WORST. They lose your luggage. They're INFAMOUS for deliberately over-booking flights, sometimes forcing you to use their hotel "voucher" for a discount stay at nearby hotel/motels. I got snowed in at Midway in Chicago... we didn't find out until camping out at the gates for like 5 or 6 hours.

The whole airport CLOSED store and restaurant-wise, while all these people waited to hear the bad news.
